Use of Images:
Reprint rights are available for a fee on selected images. Fees vary depending on the usage required.
General Terms:
a) Unless otherwise stated, permission is granted for one-time, one-edition, one-language reproduction only, for the purposes expressly outlined
in the written agreement. Any subsequent re-use of the image(s) is forbidden without written permission from the artist.
b) Payment of the total reproduction use fees is due upon receipt of the transparencies or digital file by the client.
Transparencies or CD's must be returned to the artist ( lost or unreturned transparencies or CD's will be billed at $200 each to the client).
c) Images must be reproduced in their original form without digital retouching or manipulation, unless specific
permission is granted in writing by the artist. Cropping in or bleeding the image is permitted.
d) Credit, and copyright information must accompany the reproduction.
e) A gratis copy of the publication should be sent to the artist.
