LAYNE "The Blonde Bomber" from the University of Texas, was one of a series of illustrations for the book "I'll Tell You One Thing" by Dan Jenkins. The author had only old and very grainy photographs of these 1930s to 50s Texas college football players. They gave me the colors of the uniforms and said, "Do what you can"! Back
